Residential Home Performance Program Incentives
Summary of the incentive structure effective December 3, 2012
The table below provides a summary of the incentive structure that will be effective December 3, 2012. There is a $1,500 minimum project size in order to qualify for Energy Alliance incentives and a $2,500 minimum project size in order to qualify for the GC-HELP.

NOTE: Program incentives are for a limited time and subject to change at any time. Homeowners must meet the Energy Alliance’s minimum requirements for Air Sealing, Insulation, Duct Sealing, and Health and Safety. The Home Performance Assessment will identify any minimum requirements that must be met. Homeowners can apply the Energy Alliance incentive toward meeting the minimum requirements.
