The Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance offers a low-interest unsecured loan option for owner occupied single-family residences in Hamilton County in Ohio and Boone, Kenton, and Campbell counties in Kentucky. With GC-HELP, your home energy improvements have the ability to generate savings that can meet or exceed your loan payments.

  • 6.99% interest rate
  • Loans up to 10 years based on the life of the equipment installed
  • Still receive a 35% incentive from the Energy Alliance
  • Owner occupied duplexes eligible

ECO-Link

  • Available through ECO-Link participating banks

Hamilton County Home Improvement Program

The Hamilton County Home Improvement Program, also known as HIP, homeowners in Hamilton County communities

  • 3% interest rate reduction
  • 5 year term
  • Loans capped at $50,000
  • For properties valued up to $350,000 (based on Hamilton County Auditor's appraisal)
