Two Local Home Performance Contractors Recieve Prestigious National ENERGY STAR® Award

Cincinnati, OH – May 16, 2013 – Two of the Greater Cincinnati Energy Alliance (Energy Alliance)’s Home Performance Contractors, Arlinghaus Heating & Air Conditioning (Arlinghaus) and Arronco Smart Home Energy Solutions (Arronco), have been recognized as national market leaders in the home performance industry. Belated Welcome to Kelly and Chris!

The Energy Alliance was fortunate to welcome two new members to its team earlier this year. Kelly Freyler, CPA, joined us as our new Controller, and Chris Meyer, a LEED certified architect, became our Commercial Operations Director. Kelly and Chris have brought a high level of expertise as well as enthusiasm for energy efficiency, and have helped the Energy Alliance to further our mission of delivering energy savings to building owners in our region, both through our internal and external operations. read more »

EcoSculpt 2013 Winners

Congratulations to Lizz Godfroy, David Rice, and Paul Tribble, EcoSculpt 2013’s First Place and People’s Choice Award winners for their sculpture Re-Tired Roadside Attractions, a menagerie of larger than life fantastical animals composed of semi tire debris collected along our local highways.

Lizz Godfroy’s inspiration was the texture of the materials as well as their widespread presence. read more »

EcoSculpt 2013 in Washington Park

Cincinnati’s history is rich with the life of its vibrant arts scene and the impressive array of public parks and natural spaces. Cincinnati was once known as the “Paris of the West” and still has a robust offering of art exhibits, theater, dance, and classical music concerts. Cincinnati is likewise considered among the best cities in the nation for its parks offerings.
